Available Positions
About the Role
We are expanding our payroll team and seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented individual to support payroll operations across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll delivery, compliance with each country’s statutory requirements, and providing professional support to employees and clients.
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, including salaries, bonuses, allowances, claims, overtime payments, and statutory deductions, as well as onboarding, transfers, and final payments.
- Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system (new hires, resignations, transfers, and promotions).
- Ensure timely submission and distribution of payroll reports and statutory remittances across all three countries.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements in:
- Singapore: CPF, income tax (IRAS), SDL, and related contributions.
- Malaysia: EPF, SOCSO, EIS, income tax (LHDN), HRDF, and other statutory submissions.
- Philippines: SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, BIR filings, and mandatory contributions.
- Manage payroll for large headcounts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle payroll-related queries from assigned accounts professionally and confidentially.
- Prepare and submit monthly billing reports.
- Maintain organized payroll databases and filing systems for documents and reports.
- Support year-end tax reporting and ad hoc payroll projects.
- Degree holders in a relevant field.
- Proficient in English; additional language ability is an advantage.
- Meticulous, responsible, and strong in time management.
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Good team players with a positive attitude.
- Experienced or knowledgeable in payroll processing for Singapore, Malaysia, or the Philippines (preferred).
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel (intermediate to advanced level).
